Growth & business development
The company is growing — but the levers that worked so far no longer have the impact they should. Together we work out what is actually limiting further growth, and which change the next stage requires.
Companies develop. Markets change. Teams grow. Capital opens up possibilities or sets limits. With every stage, the decisions change too. So our starting point is not the question of which measure seems obvious right now. It is: What do we want to achieve? What impact do we want to create? And what is limiting us right now? That is exactly where our work together begins.
The company is growing — but the levers that worked so far no longer have the impact they should. Together we work out what is actually limiting further growth, and which change the next stage requires.
Market, target customers, competition or technology are changing. The existing offering no longer carries the company as it did, or new possibilities are opening up. Together we test assumptions, sharpen target customers and customer value, and develop viable options for the next stage.
Capital is needed, runway is getting short, or the organisation is not keeping pace with the company’s development. Together we create clarity about what really counts now, what consequences the different options have and what has to be implemented.
01
Without a clear goal, every priority is arbitrary.
02
Success has to be recognisable — beforehand, not afterwards.
03
Relevance comes from the target customer, not from your own offering.
04
There are always several problems. There is rarely more than one bottleneck.
A good analysis does not create impact on its own. And a good decision does not change a company on its own. Impact comes from implementation.
Understand the goal, the impact wanted, target customers and customer value — together.
Identify the bottleneck, understand its causes and separate what matters from the symptom.
Develop options, think through the consequences, decide and implement change.
Check whether the impact wanted was achieved — and derive the next stage from it.
Expertise
For us, strategy, financing, sales, business model, organisation and restructuring are not isolated consulting products. They are different perspectives on the same entrepreneurial task: shaping the next stage successfully. Depending on the situation, we bring in the expertise the task calls for — from our own team or together with selected partners.
Partner network
Not every task has to be solved by a fixed consulting team. Where complementary expertise makes sense, we draw on a dependable network of specialists and bring in exactly the expertise that is needed. What matters is not who has a service on the shelf, but which expertise the next stage actually needs.
More leads may be the right answer. But first we want to understand: which target customer is the offering especially relevant to? Which job does it get done? What concrete value does it create? Why are those customers not buying today? Only then can we judge whether lead generation really is the bottleneck — or whether it is positioning, product, price, target group, trust or conversion, for example, that sets the limit.
Stalled growth can have many causes. Together we look at what impact should be achieved, which target customer is relevant and what is actually limiting further growth. Only then do we decide whether the market, the offering, price, sales, organisation, financing or something else has to change.
Capital can make development possible. But it does not replace clarity about what that capital is meant to achieve. So together we clarify: what goal is the next stage pursuing? What impact does the capital have to create? Which bottleneck is it meant to solve? And which conditions have to be in place for that?
We start with a shared understanding of the goal and the impact we want. Then we clarify target customers and customer value, identify the decisive bottleneck, understand its causes and develop options. Once the consequences are understood and the decision is made, we also support implementation and then measure the impact. Understand. Focus. Decide. Implement. Measure impact.
After a first conversation and a shared understanding of the task, you receive an individual proposal. Scope, roles and time horizon depend on which stage we are shaping together and what support makes sense for it.
Yes. Our focus is the DACH region. We work in German and English — on site and remotely.
It does not have to be clear yet what needs to change. That can be exactly where we start. What do you want to achieve? What impact do you want to create? And what really matters now? Let’s find out together.
